Team overlap: shared working days
Choose two to six countries and a date range. We remove each country's own weekends and holidays and show how many days are left when everyone is at work, plus the days where only part of the team is available.
Why the shared total shrinks so fast
Holidays in different countries rarely line up. If two offices each lose ten days a year to holidays and only a couple coincide, the team as a whole can lose close to twenty days of full availability. A third office pushes the number down again, which is why cross-border schedules so often run out of time in the last weeks of a quarter.
Different weekends have the same effect. An office resting on Friday and Saturday and one resting on Saturday and Sunday share only four common working days in a normal week, before any holiday is counted.
The table lists only the uneven days. Days when every office is closed need no planning, so they are left out.
