For planning purposes only

We publish the calendars and calculators on StatHolidays to help with planning. We put real care into compiling them and fix reported errors quickly, but we cannot promise that every date or figure is correct, complete or suitable for your particular purpose. Everything is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Holiday dates are not permanent. Governments move them by proclamation, some countries fix them by lunar or other astronomical observation, and changes are sometimes announced only days in advance. A date on this site may have been changed after the page was last updated. If you are using a date for a payment, a filing, a shipment or a contractual deadline, confirm it with the appropriate national authority first.

No professional advice

The content of StatHolidays is not legal, tax, payroll, accounting or employment advice. A working day count reflects the national calendar only. It says nothing about your statutory rights, what an employer owes its staff, or how days are counted under a particular contract or court procedure, any of which may follow different rules.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, StatHolidays accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from relying on information on this site. That includes, among other things, missed deadlines, payroll errors and business decisions based on a working day figure.

Acceptable use

You may browse the calendars, use the calculators and link to any page on the site. You may quote individual figures as long as you credit StatHolidays as the source.

You may not extract the database in bulk, whether by scraping, automated requests or any other systematic method, and you may not republish our compiled calendars as a rival dataset. Please do not use the site in a way that disrupts it or places an unreasonable load on it. The raw holiday data is in the public domain and is available from its original sources, but our compilation, our working day calculations and the text we have written belong to us.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Whichever version is published on this page when you use the site is the one that applies to that use.
